C63 w204. I took my new buy in for a check on the brakes as the warning pads light has come on a few times and then gone off. Mercedes changed out the sensors as they couldn't fault find the issue and no DTCs or codes were registered either. I suppose while im here - has anyone else had this intermittent issue with brakes warning going on and off - but the pads and discs are fine?
Next one - they obviously did a full health check - all good, but found a minor leak on the sump pan on the nearside. More of a weep than a leak. Been told to return in 500 miles to see if its just residue or it needs a gasket replacement - its cheap parts but the labour time is the killer... I know people so it could be done elsewhere a lot cheaper.... I can also most likely get the dealer to pay to fix it as they seem cooperative. Is sump pan leaks common? Its low miles 30K but now a 10 year old car.
