Hi All,
I have a w204 car with the OM651.911 engine which I purchased flood damaged (snapped a rod and this came round and smashed a section off of the lower part of the cylinder wall) Yay!!
I have another block, rods & pistons and I wondered if anyone has the bottom end specs so I can measure everything up before I purchase a host of new parts for rebuilding this. I am looking for bearing clearances, piston measurements, cylinder bore measurements etc. I only have access to the commercial stuff which doesn't list this specific engine type, I purchased a specific Haynes online document for the car and it had nothing, nor does Haynes Pro and I have emailed Autodata but have yet to have a reply. Unless there is somewhere else someone can recommend?
Any help would be much appreciated.
