Om651 inlet manifold

Hi guys just wondering how common is manifold fault on om651 ? I have a vito 114 cdi 2018 with low boost p0299
Changed few bits with no luck, did a smoke test & can see leak around the manifold/egr area. Thanks

Broken manifold stud is common on OM651 causes intake leaks and drops into limp mode.
