P0128

I have recently had the EML appear. I have have to diagnosed to code P0128 which is a coolant sensor/thermostat.

I have been told the parts are fairly cheap, but it’s an 8-10 hour labour job which will cost a lot. (Through a mobile mechanic and a few things on Google. They’ve advised to take it to Mercedes)

Has anyone come across this issue too?

Any recommendations?

MB specialist job , rather than MB Main dealer .
Mercland Nuneaton is an MB specialist or MSL in Birmingham.

Cheers mate. Never heard of Mercland. Ideal as I am from Coventry so it’s only a 15 min drive. Will check it out. Thanks again
