On collection of my W222, it was noted the passenger side door lock pop up was sticking and the door could not be opened from the outside. I could open from the inside handle with some resistance felt when on pulling. The silver pop up looked slightly bent so the the dealer just gently manipulated it so it came up more vertically.
It's been mostly fine, but has now started sticking again. When pressing the door open central locking button, it doesn't always pop up so the door remains locked from the outside.
The dealer is aware and said repair costs will be reimbursed when I collected the car, should this be ongoing. - Any idea what this could be - it there something simple I can try?
It's with MB on Thursday this week so I may ask if they can have a look, but as they are booked up this may not be possible.
