Plastic trim on rear bumper w209

Hi everyone, I damaged the “grey” plastic trim on the bottom of my rear bumper on my CLK w209 sport with AMG body styling. How do you get them off and where can I get a decent one? What’s it actually called as I sound a numpty on the phone describing it.
