Highly unlikely to be available elsewhere unless you can find out who actually made it, or can you remove the hose and take it to a local Hydraulic specialist to see if it can be made up for you?

Yea i have but they don't seem to have it,

Take the old hose to local hydraulics shop and ask them make one while you wait, much cheaper than Mr MB
