Puzzled Help Needed

<div class="bbWrapper">Hi everyone,<br /> I'm new to the MB forums. I have a couple of issues with my newly purchased E220.<br /> <br /> Model: E220 BlueTEC AMG Line Premium Plus 4d Tip Auto (2015/64 plate)<br /> <br /> 1st problem - ECO stop/start only works once after engine switched on then goes off completely until the next restart, then the same again.<br /> <br /> 2nd problem - Drivers window does not work on auto only manual, the other 3 work on auto.<br /> <br /> I have tried holding the button up/down for a good few seconds once it has reached it's fully open/closed position.<br /> <br /> I have also tried disconnecting both the main car battery and the AUX battery in the boot for 30 mins to reset these things (I read on internet search this can help) but it does not reset anything at all. All the windows (apart from the drivers) works as they should and do not require re-syncing, the pan sunroof stays synced, no radio reset, my USB music plays from the same place it was before I turned the ignition off.<br /> <br /> I'm totally stumped as I thought at least a battery disconnect would have done something.<br /> <br /> Any help would be greatly appreciated.</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">Bought privately or through a dealer? If the later take it back and get them to fix it. If the former take it to an independent MB specialist for diagnosis.<br /> Regarding the ECO stop/start as a guess I'd say the aux battery is in need of replacement</div>
