Radiator fan wont start after radpack replacment

W212, Replaced radpack including ac condenser, put it all bk together... great no leaks but ran up to temperature got to 90 deg and the rad fan won't start so switched it off.
Getting voltage off the feed, tested the fan off the battery and it spins..

Any ideas??

What temp should it kick in?? Tia

Could this be because I havnt re gassed the aircon?

Are you sure that the fan cuts in at 90 degrees C?

Surely that's it's optimum operating temperature?

So went for a drive and when I came bk lifted the bonnet and it had cut in... but was spinning slowly... then I sat idling for a while and the temperature warning came up.. and the fan speed did not increase.. wierd.
