Radio starts and stops when eco start stop activates

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone else had any issue with the radio of w207 (2011) which continue working normally when car stops after start/stop activates and then it shuts down for two seconds and restarts after the car start to move. Just notice that, in case i drive on motorway for half hour and then on first stop nothing happens, but if i use the car for short distances then the problem take place as mentioned before. Is that an auxiliary battery problem? Voltage problem etc?Main battery shows 12.6 volts last week when serviced. Also i hear at sometimes a noise in the dashboard above radio?Maybe a fuse or something might be not well connected and produces the problem? Thank you in advance!

Battery voltage is dropping too low - I suspect your main battery needs testing ...

Main Battery replaced just a year ago and two weeks ago it was shown 12.6v on the computer when car was serviced

That doesn’t mean there isn’t a problem with it. Needs to go on Star Diagnosis to see what battery sensor is reporting etc

If the battery is faulty it may show 12V+ when in rest, but the voltage nay still goes into deep dive under load.

What you need is an old-fashioned battery load test - scroll down to 'Load Test the Battery':

Or, and richard says, use a more-modern method of checking what the computer says.

This is weird since the ECO Start/Stop shouldn't kick in if there is a fault with the battery. I would if there is a fault with the aux battery relay preventing the aux battery kicking in during the restart to prevent the electronics from suffering a drop in voltage from the main starting battery?
