Removing injector electrical connector

Hi guys,
Am gradually sorting all the connections ready to fit the brabus d3s
Two left
Injector electrical connection(see photo)
Any ideas how to remove,think black tab must slide reward then compress two side wires to release connector ,but I can move them at all
Also the boost pressure sensor,no grey tab I can see and no room at all under the fuel filter,
Any help gratefully received

Sorry for my simple requests for assistance,
Guess I should explain,I have bad arthritis in my hands and have to use tools to do things rather than my hands ,which if you don’t get things right it’s really easy to break things lol
I was injured whilst in the military and am rather stubborn so two years ago decided to get a c class and maintain it my self ,maybe a bit silly in my situation lol
Most of the routine stuff, including discs and pads I’m able to do but must plan and make sure I’ve got the right assistance tools
Managed to work out the injector connectors which required no force at all to remove
All that left now is get some new injector connectors fitted to the brabus loom,which no one seem to want to do lol
Anyone know of any auto electricians in the Peterborough area who may be able to help me out
Am looking forward to the improvements the brabus d3s will bring
