Renewing live traffic on 10 year old car?

E220 estate & E250 cabriolet
I have kept up subscriptions for live traffic on the sat nav on both our cars, renewing that for my 2017 E220 estate last month, however our 2013 E250 Cabriolet subscription has now run out and there seems no option to renew it - it is not showing available at all in the Me app or logging on to Mercedes on the web. Does anyone know a simple reason for this? I am suspecting perhaps the car being 10 years old may no longer be supported? If it should still be available, how to get it?

I think it will be best to direct these question to the MB customer care help line: 0800 1777 7777

And also consider aftermarket Apple CarPlay / Android Auto adapters (so that you can use Waze).
