Retro fitting a dashcam

I came across this original Mercedes dashcam my question is, can I fit this in my car ?

Having looked into a dash cam on my new MB, I have now had a nextbase one fitted by an MB indy, got in touch with my dealer and they would only give me a fixed price supplied and fitted as it apparently needs to be set up with the cars system, they wanted £1100 and half a day to install, heard two different install for the rear either in the head lining the other under the carpet, guess it depends on the vehicle.
