S class W221 Facelift Headlamp conversion?

Hello guys

I've been doing some research to find out what I need to get the facelift headlamps to work on a prefacelift s class w221 model. Apparently the headlamps have 6 ballasts/ecus to make them work? Different wiring?

I found a pair of facelift headlamps and I was going to go for them bit I found out it's not so simple to make them work.
My s class has night vision too and I don't want to lose that "IF" I was to change the lights.

I've seen some videos that people have fitted the facelift headlamps but I can't find any links where to buy them from and how much they cost?

Does anyone know a place that does the facelift headlamps with all the parts that you need to make them work on a prefacelift model?

Also how much would it cost? (If anyone's done it before)
