S212 Third row seat fold down

Does anyone know how to fold the third row seats (in the boot) back down?

The hinges of the back rest have spring loaded clips that can be pushed down but it still doesn't release the back rest to fold back down.

I used to have a S211 with the same setup but broken hinges so that backrest wouldn't stay upright.

Does it not have the instructions in the hand book?

No, it says to fold the backrest down. I tried but it's held up pretty good and I don't want to break it.
