I have a c200se cdi auto estate w204 the a b s , s r s, run flat cruise control sudenly stoped working . can anyone please help

If it was only the ABS and ESP I would say that you have a faulty wheel speed sensor (one of the fronts most probably), but since you also mentioned SRS then I suspect low battery voltage. Can you check the battery voltage? Otherwise, you'll need to take it to an indie with STAR (or invest in an iCarsoft).

I second this ^
 
The wheel speed sensor might be the issue but before you go to a garage or change anything, unplug the big connector into the ESP unit, clean it with contact cleaner, let it dry and there is a 99% chance this fixes it.
The majority of ESP/ABS errors are faulty contacts and rarely sensors actually

and btw, they call them safety systems but there is a school of though that says they are the opposite. In any event driving without ESP,ABD and EBD will not make the slightest difference to a normal human being
