Scam indeed - probably a hacked ebay account as it seems the guy has done nothing on ebay in the last 12 months.

I dont know why ebay cant detect cars that have stupid BIN prices.

they ask for the reg number to get hte car details, so they should be able to check that against a value.

if the buy now price is less than 10k of that value, then it should atleast flag it up for them to check it out properly
