So not a scam, just the usual car breaking eBay type advert...

also doesnt look like a scam to me, but why not list it at 99p instead of £100 to save on fees. seller has had a fair few negatives recently aswell.

I guess they list at £100 instead of the normal 99p to avoid people who don't understand what they are doing thinking a bit more carefully before they hit the BIN button to avoid the administrative hassle involved with a non-sale. As you say, the feedback score doesn't inspire confidence.
