Seat swap memory from non memory ML350

Hi again everyone I have a 2010 ML 350 W164 which has leather and alacantra seats with memory function and have been offered a full leather set that does not have the memory function will this be a straightforward swap just change the electric seat switch on the side that has the memory button control or will it involve more involved surgery or programming many thanks Chris

When I have installed memory seats the memories are stored in the under seat controller.
I would expect that fitting that to the replacement seats would suffice.
