hi-i have a 2203 e220cdi advantgarde- the car has been great having only recentley bought it but,the car is selection gears and it wont let me put it into tip to drive it-any ideas on what the problem is and thanks

It won't let you in D? Or it won't let you tap up and down the gears? Try and expalain the fault a bit better.

it will let me into d ,but it wont change up gears .it will go into d and r and it will drive but wont go up gears and it wont let me into tip--like it is going in 1st gear and wont change..hopes this helps

Sounds like the speed sensor in the box is duff.
Get it diagnosed first with a Star to be sure.
