Shaking engine, bad noise

Hi,
Got problem with my W204 cdi 2.2 2008...

When I start engine, car start be noise sometimes and engine very shaking... and when start shaking tensioner pulley all moved...

Every 2-3 days got engine light on but after couple days off.

Something when I driving lost power for 2-3 seconds... if I press few time acceleration back to normal....


Maybe someone's now what happened???

You have a very good Mercedes specialist just up the road in Horndean at PCS.
Never read of the symptoms you are describing.

Take it to PCS and have it properly diagnosed.

I was already been there once... noise from engine ( belt)... guys say its alternator so I do booking (2 weeks) after one week my water pump its gone...
But I will try go there again....

Hello OP and welcome . So PCS diagnosed your car with a faulty alternator bearing/pulley fault and you continued to drive it until the water pump failed ?

Or did PCS replace the alternator then the water pump failed ?

Bit confused here bkwgang82 . PCS are highly regarded , sounds odd to me .
