Any information that is not yet utilised, or not up to court standards (Ie hearsay), is termed "intelligence". Might be a tiny hint but all the pieces add up!

Oh that he were off to Marbella. Odds are that he will start agian, possibly in another City. Or, having seen this another person of that fraternity will seizethe opportunity and start up for himself.

Two bloody years, thats an insult to the people that have had their pride and joys dismembered. If I robbed a bank and stole £70K (one months turnover) would I get away with two years, I do not think so.

Actually, he's probably already out having spent over a year of his sentence on remand.

Deport him back to Nigeria at the end of his sentance.

Did read somewhere he was going to be deported after serving his time. Thats if the prison authorities don't release him before the immigration people get their act together!
