Does selecting Sport+ physically lower the car or just firm up the suspension settings?

It just stiffens things up. Ride height is unchanged.

I'm a bit confused now after reading the comments in the Post below but assume my car does not have Airmatic if so it would rise/drop when certain gears are selected?

Sorry, I should have been more specific:

• Cars on steel springs don't change ride height when Sports+ is selected, just the damper settings
• Cars with Airmatic may also change ride height
