Hi. I'm new to the forum. My van is the 2.1 sprinter. The van kept going in to limp mode with the code coming up for low boost. I tried all the things that get suggested online. I then found the little in line vacuum filter. I clamped the pipe that goes to that filter ,with a pair of brake hose clamps and the power goes back to normal
Does anyone know what the issue is with the filter? And why doing this, would make it go properly? When it is clamped the code then changes to over boost when you get up over 60/70mph . Thanks
