Hi

I occasionally get a message on my 2015 sprinter 323 906 dash relating to the dpf

I have hooked it up to a icarsoft mb v2.0 reader and it shows

P2463 particulate filter restriction soot accumulation in bank 1

It drives fine and no warning lights stuck on

Any ideas, thanks!

buy a new DPF sensor and replace it. unfortunately a faulty MAF sensor kicks this up sometimes too, My advice is replace the DPF sensor and get the mechanic who replaces it to do a static DPF regeneration. since it is presently running ok just now. doing this will save u a lot of money and hassle further down the line. ( dont buy a cheap DPF sensor. make sure it is a mercedes sensor).

Id replace the DPF pressure sensor. Re-set all the adaption data and remove the dpf and wash it out with water and compressed air. DPF regenerations via diag machines do not work well.

Thanks very much I'll give the sensor a go any recommendations on what type to go for? Thanks

Make sure its a Mercedes one. Part number will be on your old one.

Thanks I'll have a look could the dpf cause the van to lose power briefly when Amber engine light is on, only done it the once

Thanks I've ordered a dpf sensor I have tried some different software and this shows

P0299 turbo underboost
