Squeaky noise coming when braking.

Hi All,
My car is mercedes w211,
Squeaky noise was coming when braking right before stopping,
I have replaced rear brake pads and discs all brembo, yesterday.
Also front brake pads and discs replaced 6 months ago,
But that squeaky noise is still coming,
What it can be?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Even when reversing same noise is coming at some point.
Is not always but right before stopping.
