Hi,
What materials and process were you using on the bodywork?

ATB

Nice. Why do you need a cleaner for the alloys? I only ever use soapy water and good wheel brushes (Wheel Woolies from Amazon). Even did the job after a nearly 3000 miles tour of Europe last year in all sorts of weather. I'm sure chemical cleaners do more harm than good. I took the wheels off the other day for a biennial thorough clean and polish, and apart from needing to remove a few tar spots (with white spirit) the soapy water got them looking like new.

I just prefer to use a dedicated product I guess, that said I do need steel wool for exhaust tips, they not coming up the greatest and appears to be stone/tar stuck to them on down the pipe.

IMO its making sue that the correct chemical cleaners are used. There are many that once dried leave alloys looking flat but some good ones, (I use Dodo supernatural), that are milder with great cleaning capability.

Try using Autosol for your exhausts, you can get it from Halfords it makes them looking brand new
