Thinking of replacing the hubs, lower arm, discs & pads. Is it difficult on the drive? W213 (see my brake judder thread)

In light of my previous thread, attempting to find the source of the wasting of three sets of brake discs prematurely, I’m leaning towards the hubs as a potential problem, I’m automatic, changing the control arms because I’ve got a little bit of knocking starting to appear. Obviously, I’ll change the pads and discs at the same time.

I have done a lot of my own stuff in the past on other cars, never Mercedes.

Can anybody tell me what those Starkey things are called for the control arms?
