OK, so I'm thinking of changing the timing chain tensioner, should I buy Mercedes part our is there any other company that would be OK to use to purchase tensioner. Not sure if my Mercedes cls 250cdi 2013 has old 2 hole tensioner our the new 4 hole one help would be very appreciated thanks.
