Its been a while since i have done any further modifications to the car, so thought it was about time for for another upgrade.
This time, I am planning on installing the facelift instrument cluster, which i have already trialed fit and its perfect, everything works apart from the odometer which just shows ------

I am aware that this is due to the EZS and instrument cluster having different mileage. However , i do know that if the Instrument Cluster is "virginized" by "flashing the EEPROM" then it will appear as new and can be coded in using STAR Scn and will then pull the mileage information off the EZS.

However, what i cant find in the UK is anyone who can "Virginize" the instrument cluster.

So now over to you forum members to hopefully recommend someone that can do this

You should be able to do it via star - I had a local Indy do mine (this was on a CL) when it went tits up and I replaced it with a second hand unit. If not then any of the "mileage correction" people should do it!

You can do it with the "mileage correction" method but what they do is block the communication between the EZS and Instrument Cluster.
I have a full service history with MB Dealer (crazy I know with all the mods) and i don't want it to look like I have "cheated the mileage"...its only got 34K genuine miles on now.
