Fast thought it looks like your Lambda has issue.
But I wouldn't discount electrical connections being unreliable.
More info, age of Vito, which engine, it looks like you have a DPF?
Most like you will be needing an Indie to work through it.
I'm not familiar with the 651, but I would be surprised if the swirl flaps were related to your oxygen sensor faults.
I would find a Merc specialist (Indie), you might save a lot of effort and wasted guess work.
Hi Ronnie I have a vito that stores a similar charge movement flap code to yours Just mine says the adaptation or adjustment is incorrect or the emergency position was not reached. I haven't investigated mine as its not causing any issues but code is there everytime I hook up the fault code reader. it could be the fact yours has a mechanical failure thats brought the EML on but mine also had the sensor problem on the cat and that will definitely put the EML on
Hi Ronnie. I am having the same problem with my Vito as what you are experiencing. May I ask if you did managed to find the root cause for your problem experienced on your Vito. Is the vehicle now sorted and running well with no error codes stored. I am interested as to what you found to be the cause.
Thanks
Ian
If it's had fuel filter housing done check the metal cap with a round ball end of it.Just an update! had the codes read again today the top one P200A07 charge movement flap was not present the first time the EML came on!
I had the van in getting the fuel filter housing replaced as it had a leak, as this sits above the intake manifold I'm wondering if something has been disturbed to cause this new code? I assume charge flap is swirl flap?
Not sure how to tackle this? anyone any ideas?
Pic of new readout
Thanks Ronnie
