VITO 116cdi 2019 TOO MANY FAULT CODES BUT NO CLUE WHATS CAUSING THEM. SEE PICS

Hi guys
I have a Vito 116CDI 2019 with so many fault codes.
Although it runs and drives it also vibrates and is jerky around 1800rpm.
I have been to various garages but in my own opinion no one can find the fault.
I have been to an injector specialist, gearbox specialist, dpf cleaned out but something keeps triggering the EGR valve and after a few miles it EML light goes off!
I think all these problems may be linked to the SAM unit but can you guys give me your input too
Attached are the problems it shows but everything on here seems to be working fine!

Only the one active code is the door mirror heater open circuit..
Suggest clearing all the stored codes and drive it a few days and scan again
