Vito 639 intermittent loss of power

Hi, I'm looking for some advice to help solve this problem with my Vito, 04 plate 115. It seems to run perfectly for hours and then goes into a short period of losing power, like a loss of acceleration/fuel. This only happens for a few seconds and then it picks back up again. It seems to be more prevalent when its wet outside.

Any ideas?

When was the last time it was serviced?

Had oil and filters last year, maybe 10k miles ago

Was the fuel filter changed, and was it the correct one? With a water trap drain on it? Have you had the codes read off it?
We need to know more about your van.. Mileage etc. Any codes it may have.. before we can help you. It maybe Turbo actuator or Turbo sticking , OR Low pressure pump faulty, or simply water in the fuel hence drain the filter, Or drawing air on the fuel lines... hence why we need to know more..
