Its had a facelift at the front but not at the back :crazy:

I don't understand why the back wasn't done! Compared to the cost of new bonnet (wings?) grill etc the filler panel is a bargain at about £90.
 
I'd like a picture of the driver's seat at 209K.
Love the wood though.
It'll probably break for more than it makes.
Howord could buy it just for the bodykit.

Because the front was smashed up in an accident & the ins. co wasn't paying for the back, so....?

Just speculating, but it makes sense.

Possible, but it does seem odd that the owner wouldn't personally add the extra few quid for the filler panel and it'd be painted probably for nothing if part of the insurance job.

Pretty much.

Its a pig of a job to fit anyway and more than likely impossible with a Ducktail already bonded in place. He probably had to choose between the two.
