W124 E36 AMG auto saloon, 1995, Blue Black Metallic with grey leather upholstery. Full factory AMG bodykit, AMG driving lamps, Electric Heated Seats and Sunroof, Cruise Control, Outside Temperature Gauge, Air Conditioning, headlamp wash/wipe. CD autochanger.
AMG alloys with Goodyear F1 225/17 x 45 tyres.
Very few of these made (believed 20 worldwide but 12 of those are in the UK) and list price was £55,099.65 when new with options above.
Very good condition with FSH,148,000 mls, MOT until December 2010.
The car drives beautifully and sounds great.
I have owned this car since 2003 and have receipts for following work in addition to the standard service schedule –
2003 - Head gasket, radiator, waterpump
2004 - New ECU and wiring loom
2006 - New aerial
2008 – Air con re-gas, new timing chain and tensioner, gearbox cooler pipe
2009 – New engine mounts.
All work carried out at the Mercedes Benz Specialists -Haynes Auto Technic in Worthing.
In addition to the above, paintwork has been professionally attended to as well when required.
The car will need new front discs and pads, new rear dampers and possibly differential mounts this year.
Worth a look if you are after an E36. My wife wants a people carrier and I must sell my soul to provide it. Car comes with original AMG sales brochure and price list and E36 AMG “additional instructions booklet”
