W203 switched live in cabin fuse box ?

I’m looking for a switched live fuse to piggy back from in my W203. I had hoped to find one in the fuse box at the end of the dash (drivers side). They all appear to be permanent live? Any clues or, is it into the boot or engine bay?

I am looking for a switched live in my W209 and all the stuff at the end of the dash is permanent live. You could use the 12 volt supply in the ash tray.

Didn't Markjay splice into one of the pins in his OBD socket for a switched live?

Will try and search for the relevant post.

Codger memory failure: perm live from pin 16 of OBDII socket, switched live from cigarette lighter. Permanent and Switched live pick up

Looks like rear SAM worked for i-Conica.

I think I will poke through the firewall under/behind the front fuse box. I can get a nice switched live there. Many thanks.
