W204 control arms

Hi everyone I took the c320 CDI w204 for it's mot it failed I'm looking for some advice on what is
Suspension ball joint,movement excessive,nearside front,offside front,rearmost lower means and what part do I need?thanks

I'm guessing this , but you could always ask the nice MOT man that failed it.

Rearmost lower is the last arm to the right of the front arm looking at it . You need both sides , offside and nearside.
