I have a 62 reg C250 with the Becker Navigation setup \ headunit. Im looking to fit a reversing camera but Im going round in circles reading umpteen forums, threads, recommendations etc.
So,
Firstly - can a reverse camera be fitted to a non-command head unit?
Secondly - Ive seen camera units that are combined with one of the license plate lights - Id rather not go this route and would prefer to use a camera that fits into what looks like a blanking plate on the trim for such a device to be fitted.
Thirdly - I dont want to spend £400 on a Mercedes retrofit kit.
Anyone does this addition the way I have described ? recommendations for suppliers and how to for fitting ?
