W205 Error codes

I have a 2015 w205 250d I've plugged my diagnostic machine and three codes have come up, the bottom one is the one I'm bothered about but any help is more than welcome . Photo attached

All those codes are shown as STORED, not CURRENT, meaning they are historic.

I would clear the codes, start the engine and see what, if any codes reappear.
Do you have any obvious faults or warning lights showing?

I've tried to clear them but they won't go, no lights on the dash runs well.
