Anyone got pics of C43 5 Spoke alloys on their Amg Line?

So im looking to purchase C43 5 spoke wheels, its a mint condition one going for a good price. The fitment is almost the same except the fronts are ET33 on the C43 whereas my current ones are ET44. Rears are exactly the same.

It just means the wheels will stick out more, but i dont want it to look like the fronts stick out more than the rear (will look odd i think).

Alternatively if anyone is selling the standard Amg Line 5 spoke alloys in diamond cut i could be interested!

Picture of the C43 wheels attached and a pic of my car.

When was an et of 33 almost the same as et 44 ??

MOT failure for wheels protruding the arch unless they are flared in some way . 👍👍

Have a look at this lads stock.

I doubt that 11 mil further out will notice that much.....might even improve the looks because in my opinion most Merc wheels are too far into the arches and give the wheels that sucked in look......hence the popularity of spacers on C and E models. Should easy to calculate where the wheel will finish with a straight edge and steel ruler.

And it perfectly legal for tyres to protrude from the arches...which often happens due to the bulge of the tyre....but not the wheels themselves.

You’re right 11 mil is nothing, but worried might look weird if the appear to come out more than the rear. Ive decided I’m just going to pass on the C43 wheels and look for 5 spoke diamond cut that are meant for my car

Diamond cuts will inevitably corode through the clear lacquer....especially in the UK with our weather. Paint or powder gives much better protection to alloys if its a year round driver. The problem is that clear coat on diamond cuts does not bond as tightly to the surface as other paints because you can't use proper primer. A tiny stone chip is all it takes to let the water under and the white worms (filliform corrosion) starts. I try to avoid DC wheels for that reason.

You’re right but they look so good! 😂
