W211 e320 cdi error code P2349.

Hi i have a problem with my car ,when the engine is cold i can drive without speed limit, but when the engine is hot i accelerate to maximum 160km/hr.i put a tester no faults ,i left the tester conected on the car and i drive on motorway ,when the acceleratiom has stopped at 160km, the fault has appear on screen. P2349 error code .
Can somebody tell me what is with this code ?

Thinks it’s something to with turbo pressure.

Should give you actual and specified values on star machine or good diagnostics.
