Hello and welcome aboard. Another W212 6.3 onwer.

Car looks stunning. How long have you had it and how are you liking it?

Mines on a 2009/59 plate. Black on black.

They are a great bunch on here very knowledgeable, and helpful.

Have you had any mods done to the car, do you plan to do any?

The cars all stock at the moment, might do a resonator delete in the future, I did however fit the front carbon spoiler lip and the carbon gear shifter. Have you done anything to your e63?

I haven't done anything to the car cosmetically, although the previous owner had the wheels finished in Gun metal, which I like but I want to change as well as have my calipers finished in a lime green colour.

I have just replaced the tyres from run flats to traditional tyres, all 4 corner's. It has changed the ride comfort for the better for my liking.

I like the stock interior I like the wood trim in mine. I always have liked it, in all my cars.

I would like to replace the rear diffuser with a more aggressive looking fin type one. The stock one is a little bit plain for my personal tastes.

The other thing I think I will do is fit a LSD to the car. I think it would only be a positive to aid better traction. Although the standard diff seems fine, with the options it has available.

Then, like you have said, a possible resonator delete, with straight pipes, but I'm still not 100% on doing this.

My next step is to have my wheels and calipers finished in a different colour. That is a certainty.

I see your calipers are a different colour. They really look good on the car.

Stunning. I think the 212 E63 is such a well-resolved design.

That's one of my all-time favourite colours. The 19's fill the arches nicely, that wheel design is fabulous and all the little touches on the bumpers, etc really make it.

And you've got a pano roof. That's or a glass sunroof is always in my Autotrader search options. If you have a black interior the pano transforms it.

Nice yeah I agree calipers is a must, green would look real nice a good eye catching colour. My brakes are carbon ceramic I love the gold amg went with on the calipers.

Oh so the stock tyres are run flats I did wonder that as I thought the road noise was quite loud ill have to change them soon then.

Yeah I agree with the rear diffuser the stock one is very underwhelming but as mine has the exterior carbon pack I don't think I'll change mine doesn't seem worth it.

How long have you owned yours ?

Thanks buddy, I agree the pre facelift 212 has always been my favourite merc so when this spec popped up I had to have it.

I also have a set of 20 inch brabus wheels I switch back and fourth from ill attach a picture, but I think the stock wheels look stunning.

Yeah I agree the pano roof is brilliant, that with the alcantera headliner is one of my favourite parts of the car.

Had mine over a year now. Had the E55k before this for a good few years. Loved that car. I just wanted a more modern interior and car in general. My 55 was quite low spec and I think with these cars it's nice to have as many as the features as possible.

The performance of the 55 is incredible, will stay with you forever if you have ever owned one. But this is by no means a let down. It's different, it's more driver involved and when you can open it up, by lord, it can go some and it sounds brutal. It's just a beautiful ride when just prodding along but if you want to get at it, it's an amazing engine/car. It's like a jekel and Hyde carracter. Reminds me so much of my E39 M5 but with the Auto transmission and just as driver involved and raw like carracter.

Like yours mine has the panoramic roof and alacantera headlining. I have the 19"
I don't think I would like to go any bigger, as that would really upset the ride I would think. The stock tyres on the 19" rims are run flats. Unsure on the 18". Your 20" maybe normal tyres that's why you don't feel a ride difference?

Have you done much searching on the Res delete and what you would have in place. Straight or X pipes? Or have you other options?
