Anyone know if the units on the tyre pressure monitoring can be changed ?
And if yes, how?
I can’t see how to change from kpa to psi
Thanks

Yes, I have them set at kPa as easier to set all the same - my OCD I am afraid!.

I set mine in the Mercedes me app but think it is possible from COMAND too.

Sign into MM.
From the first screen, at top left tap the three horizontal bars.
Select settings (just above version number).
First item under General is Units - where you can select speed/distance, consumption, tyre pressure, temperature and time.

Hi Gavin
Thanks for the reply.
I’ve already set the Units in the app to PSI but it does show PSI on the app but looking to change car unit to psi...
I can’t find any units for TPI in car settings.
Cheers

Hi mate
Yes, many times.
I think the app Is communicating ok as I get the status all the other Items in the Service section.

When I bought my 2018 car this year the display was in psi but the MM phone App had kPa. I managed to change MM to psi so both were set to psi. After having my alloys re painted (as the main dealer bodged the wheels with a smart repair) the sensors stopped working for three weeks. They now work but are in psi on the MM App on the phone but on the central display are back to kPa and I’m struggling to change it back. Some say it can’t be done however it must be possible as it was on psi a month ago.The main dealer told me there is no way of changing to psi in the App but he was wrong as I managed to change it !

These are not cheap cars , the systems should be more intuitive for old gits like me.

Hi , cannot say I am surprised by your comment , many Mercedes dealers are clueless regarding how Mercedes actually work.

As you say it is not good enough but Mercedes UK appear to be indifferent to dealer compidence !

In Portugal Mercedes is loosing market share generally to Dacia and Skoda.

The taxi company we use in Portugal use Skoda and the cars are indeed superb.

I have the same with my S205 and I've never got the cluster to display PSI. I use the app when I want to check the tyre pressures!
