W220 S320 CDi - rumble noise

Hi All

Need some help.
Recently bought a 2005 S320 CDi, car is great, only issue I’ve noticed is when I go above 55 mph and I lift off accelerator fully or partial, I notice like a grumbling noise and a slight vibration.
There are no error codes, could it be an engine mounts?
Around town or lower speeds it does not happen and drives perfect.
Any advise would be much appreciated.

Some idea of mileage might be useful, but another candidate could be the prop shaft joints or something in the drive shaft area.

So...anything in the engine / transmission mounts area, as above, and transmission itself. Really need it up on ramps and these areas inspected and tested for excessive play.
