W221 spare wheel and tool kit

Not sure if this is in the correct section but here goes.....

I've just bought a W221 S500 and there's nothing at all in the boot with respect to spare wheel, tool kit etc. (I knew this when I bought it).

What SHOULD it have (pictures would be great ), and any advice on where best to source would be much appreciated.

If you have "flower bolts" I recommend getting the appropriate socket to prevent them being rounded when removing
