W245 180CDI - does it have a DPF?

2005 Mercedes-Benz B 180 CDI Autotronic DPF full specs, performance and photos (since December 2005 for Europe ) - suggests it does (that's the model the wife has, the first run of them).

I don't recall seeing a DPF mentioned anywhere and the oil in it from the factory and put in at the last service doesn't appear to be the low SAPS stuff for DPF's - seems to be the 229.3 variant not 229.31 or 229.51...

Data card will tell if there has been one when leaving from factory. Put your VIN here and someone may decode it. It's totally different thing if DPF has been gutted later --> no xxx.31/51 oils required...

Oh I give up, that sheet is about as much use as a chocolate fire-guard. I know everything that I already knew and nothing else, and despite the translation guide I know enough German to know what the original says and it mentions nothing about exhausts - however I do know the German for CVT now

WDD2452072J050700 is the VIN - can anyone tell me anymore?

It's going back to the dealers tomorrow, and from the conversation today they seem to think they are charging me as a new job....that will be interesting when we drop it off!

Apparently it has two catalysers, but no DPF.

However, MB give low-ash oil as the engine oil.
