W639 auto box oil change

Hi there.

I'm changing the gearbox oil on my vito 3.0 v6. How do you rotate the engine to get access to the torque converter drain plug. Thanks

Crank nut's' on the harmonic balancer pully.
Although it's likely to be tight as 'eck for space on the V6.
But it may be that it doesn't have a drain on the TC, mine hasn't. So filling until clear fluid comes out of the pipe from the cooler is likely the way.

Dropping fluid from the sump, sump off and then pumping fluid through till clear later, when sump replaced, left me with 9 litres to dispose of.
