Hello, Hope you can help. I've got a C207 2012 E220 with the standard low profile 18 inch 235 / 40 R18 Y Fronts - 18 inch 255 / 35 R18 Y Rears I find them very jarring over the badly maintained roads of Oxfordshire What is the highest profile I can fit to get decent ride. Thanks for your help

Hi , adjust the tyre pressures either from minimum pressure up or from maximum down.

I check pressure regularly stone cold using my own foot pump.

I have a C207 running on 19" wheels and 33 psi has improved the ride considerably.

Also, look at the types of tyre.
Some are designed with softer side walls and yes tyre pressures will help.

Also you could look at the shocks as some are adjustable / more pliable

But you could perhaps drop to 17s if they go over the brakes,

Since the C207 is based on the W204, I don't see why you couldn't fit W204-size wheels and tyres which would be 205/55R16 (this is what my non-sport W204 has).

Thanks for all of your replies... Moving to smaller wheels sounds interesting. Thanks again

Hi , email Mercedes and ask them the question.

They came back to me very quickly.
