Some while ago I clayed my car used Autoglym SRP followed by a couple of HD wax. It was also subsequently waxed. I now feel it needs a polish again. Can I use SRP straight on top of what is already there, should I clay first or just wash and wax again.

I would say either would be fine. If the current finish is okay (still feels smooth to the touch), just wash and wax. If the surface feels rough, clay then wax. If there are some swirls or blemishes, SRP and then wax.

As above, if you feel your car doesn't need claying again, you can simply reapply Super Resin Polish over the top of your HD wax.

SRP is filled with a lot of cleaners therefore, will strip through the HD wax to the paintwork. I'd recommend two coats of SRP, to ensure even coverage and help layer the fillers.

From there, a coat or two of HD wax will lock in the fillers.

If your car is light coloured, you may want to try EGP (Extra Gloss Protection) on top of SRP first, the sealant really works wonders on lighter colours and lasts longer also. You can also apply HD wax over the top after it cures completely (24+ hours).
