What tool can I use to code a High Voltage inverter please?

I fitted a high voltage inverter and it’s still coming up with the same fault code P0AA700

Can someone please tell me what diagnostic tool I can use to program the new inverter please.

Star / Xentry is too expensive for me.

Afraid that's your only choice, you need to go to a merc specialist.
